Shrimp Scampi

16 large tiger shrimops

1 lb linguinie

3 tbsp olive oil

1 stick of butter

5 large gloves minced

1 small yellow onion chopped

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

lemons

Pecorino Romano cheese

1/2 cup white wine I use Pino Gricio

Parsley

Red Pepper flakes

Cook pasta to pefection

set pasta aside

Heat olive oil over medium heat

add onions, garlic, salt and pepper cook, stir till nice and tender

add tiger shrimp

cook each shrimp 2 minutes per side

Rest shrimp on platter

add butter

mix and cook on low for 10 minutes

Place bowls on side

add pasta, pour sauce over pasta and add shrimp

Garnish shrimp scampi with

parsley, red pepper flakes and Pecorino cheese
