Scallop Potatoes and Ham

8×8 or 9×12 casserole dish , use butter and grease dish

Pre heat oven at 350

4 large potatoes sliced thin, I use hand sliced

2 to 3 cups of spiral ham, chopped

1 onions sliced thin

Sauce

4 tbsp butter

1/4 cup flour

3 cups milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup shredded percorino cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 shredded Mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in sauce pan add flour, cook till all melted

add milk till creamy

add all remaining ingredients till nice and smooth

leave on lower temperature, keep stirring

Layer potatoes, ham and onions in casserole dish

add half of the sauce on top of potatoes

Layer potatoes, ham and onions one more time

add remaining sauce

Topping for crispness

sprinkle potatoes with

1/4 cup percorino cheese

1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Cover with aluminum foil and back 45 to 50 minutes

uncover casserole

Let casserole rest 15 minutes

Dig in.
