Not Your Grandma’s Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

5 cans solid white tuna drained

2 small celery stalks minced

2 tbsp red onion minced

1 dill pickle minced

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsbp dried parsley

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp celery salt

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

few dashes of tabasco, I prefer more heat, I use lots of tabasco

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, blend well

Refrigerate tuna salad several hours to create more flavor

Serve tuna salad on

Toasted Whole Grain Bread

Garnish with

Sliced tomato and sliced romaine lettuce

Add a little more mayo on toasted bread if you are in love with mayo.
