Mongolian Chicken

3 boneless chicken thighs chopped into cubes

1/4 cup corn starch

1/3 cup olive oil

3 whole garlic minced

2 yellow onions chopped

1 1/12 green peppers chopped

Broccoli chopped

Mushroom sliced in half

5 chili peppers

Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup oyster sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp chili sauce

1 tsp ground ginger

Corn starch and water

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp corn starch

Topping

Green onions slice

Sesame seeds

Mix the boneless chicken thighs and 1/4 corn starch in a large bowl mix well

In a large skillet heat on medium and add 1/3 cup of olive oil, add chicken tossed until chicken is crispy, remove chicken cover and let rest.

Add garlic, onions and green peppers to skillet, add a little olive oil if desire, cook about 2 to 3 minute’s, stir frequently, add mushrooms , broccoli and chili peppers stir and cover

Mix the sauce together blend well , pour sauce over chicken, stir, cook on low

Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp corn starch

Pour water and corn starch over chicken, cook, stir, until thick

Top Mongolian chicken with green onions and sesame seeds
