Grilled Chicken over Rigatoni Vodka Pasta

2 pounds chicken breast marinated Italian dressing, marinate several hours in refrigerator

Grill chicken breast on charcoal coals ,

sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and season salt

fill chicken twice, cook till no pink

Sauce

2 tbsp oilve oil

2 large garlic gloves minced

1/2 yellow onion diced

1/2 cup vodka

1 cup chicken stock

1 23 oz can whole tomatoes diced

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup gratesd Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp dried parsley

1/2 cup fat free half and half

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

Pasta

16 oz Rigatoni pasta cooked to perfection

heat oil in large sauce pan, add garlic and onions cook till nice and tender

add all remaining ingredients, cook and stir, cover pan with lid, simmer for 1 hour

Place noodles in beautiful bowl top off with sauce
