Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

12 oz fresh cranberries

pinch of salt

pinch of cinnamon

1/2 orange peeled

Instructions

Combine sugar, orange juice, and water in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine.

Add cranberries, salt, cinnamon and orange peel.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stir frequently.

Continue cooking for about 10 minutes, or until most cranberries had popped

Let cool for 30 minutes.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
