Pineapple Pretzel Salad

1 can 20,oz can crushed pineapples, drained well

1 12 oz container cool whip

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup powder sugar

1 cup pretzels

1 8 0z cream cheese

1/2 melted butter

1/4 tsp vanilla

In 9 x 12 pan grease with butter

Crush pretzels with rolling pin, but not fully crushed

Melt butter and add crushed pretzels in large bowl, mix well

Transfer pretzels to baking pan

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, let pretzels cool

With hand mixer, bet cream cheese and sugars, add vanilla

Next fold in cool whip and pineapples

Chop pretzel mixture well and add to pineapple salad

Mix well

Refrigerate couple of hour before serving

Its not the most beautiful looking salad, but is so delicious…
