Grilled Boneless Pork Back Rib

Pork Back Ribs

Marinate

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 orange juice

2 large garlic minced

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp worchestershire

1 tsp ketchup

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp ground ginger

Mix all marinate ingredients together in large bowl

Place pork ribs in large zip loc baggie

Drizzle marinate over ribs, seal and place in refrigerator for several hours.

Place pork ribs on medium charcoal coals.

Sprinkle pork ribs with pepper and onion powder

Grilled about 5 minutes per side until no pink

Let ribs rest and cover with aluminum for 10 minutes

Slice and enjoy
