fingerling Potatoes slice into cubes

1 onion diced

1 green pepper cut into cubes

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, season salt

Sandwich

Wheat toasted bread

Ham

Slice pepper jack cheese

Place potatoes, onions and green peppers in large skillet

Add 1 tbsp butter and olive oil over potatoes , enough to moistened all of them

Add all seasonings

Cook on medium heat, turning till potatoes are crsip

Cover cook till potatoes are tender

When potatoes are done rest in pan

Cook eggs till over easy

Place ham on top of eggs and slice pepper jack cheese

Cover with lid

Toast wheat

Spread bread with mayo

Place eggs on toast
