Creamy Red Mash Potatoes

8 medium red potatoes cut in cubes, not peeled

3 garlic gloves minced

1 tbsp butter

1/3 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp season salt

1/4 cup fat free half & half

1 can chicken broth

1/4 cup reduced grated Parmesan cheese

Place potatoes in pot of water to boil, keep boiling & cook

about 30 minutes

They are going to be so soft your fork will just slice into them

Drain water

warm chicken broth & butter

In same pot add potatoes & all remaining ingredients

Mash until smooth & creamy

You make not need to use all chicken broth , pour slowly
