
Ingredients
8 oz whole white mushrooms wash and remove stems
Filling
Dice mushroom stems
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic gloves minced
1/4 cup white onions minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry oregano
1/4 fresh parsley chopped
2 oz block cream cheese
1/4 cup Italian style shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
Topping
Sprinkle mushroom with
grated cheese, shredded cheese and panko bread crumbs
drizzle mushroom with olive oil and Marsala wine
top mushroom off with fresh diced parsley
In a frying pan add all filling ingredients mix on low heat until vegetables are crispy add all cheeses at the end
Stuff mushrooms
Butter bottom of baking pan
Bake mushrooms at 375
15 – 20 minutes
