Bruschetta

16 oz Baguette bread

Cut baguette into 1/2inch slices, brush bread with olive oil Bake at 250 15 to 20 minutes

Bruschetta Mixture

4 large tomatoes

1/2 cup red onion diced

1/4 cup breast basil chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

4 small garlic gloves minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3 tbsp grated Romano cheese

Topping for Bruschetta

Fresh Mozzarella cheese cut into tiny pieces

fresh basil

Romano cheese

Balsamic glaze

Remove bread from oven spoon Bruschetta mixture on bread, add fresh Mozzarella, sprinkle with Romano cheese and swirl balsamic glaze over tomatoes
